Arbitration — Domestic & International

Overview

DRSB Law Chambers has built one of its principal practices around arbitration – both domestic and international. Led by Dr. Shashwat Bajpai, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb, UK) and the ICC-YAAF Representative for South Asia, our team handles the full lifecycle of dispute resolution from the drafting of arbitration agreements and pre-arbitration notices, through evidentiary hearings and written submissions, to award enforcement and challenge proceedings.

We appear before ad-hoc arbitral tribunals constituted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), as well as before leading institutional arbitral forums including DIAC, SIAC, ICC, PCA, AIAC, ICADR, and MCIA. Dr. Bajpai has also been appointed as Sole Arbitrator by the Delhi High Court and serves on the arbitrator panels of DIAC and AIAC.
