Overview
The Chambers provides legal advisory services in mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, company law litigation, and regulatory compliance across a diverse range of industries — from manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, cables, energy, media, oil & gas, and IT software to telecommunications, construction & infrastructure, and financial services. Our clients range from major domestic and international enterprises, private companies, and public listed companies to public sector undertakings.
Our lawyers regularly appear before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the Supreme Court under the Companies Act, 2013. We advise on the full lifecycle of corporate transactions — from strategic planning and deal structuring through due diligence, execution, and post-acquisition integration — for both acquirers and acquired entities, including cross-jurisdictional transactions and overseas acquisitions by Indian companies.
Our commercial advisory practice extends beyond M&A to a wide range of business contracts across manufacturing and service industries — covering dealership and distribution agreements, manufacturing contracts, purchase and supply agreements, and asset management matters.
